About this project

Maintenance dredging works in the Eastern and Western ports of Dunkirk (France). This concerns the dredging of sand and silt, whereby the sand is sprayed on in the depot or applied (by means of rainbowes) in the foreshore and the silt is spread at the various distribution locations at sea.

A bed leveller is also used to level the bottom and remove material along quays and hard-to-reach places.

Baggerbedrijf De Boer B.V. has been taking care of maintenance work at this location since 2010.
