About this project

Consortium: Baggerbedrijf De Boer B.V. and Bagger- en Aannemingsmaatschappij Van der Kamp B.V.

The work will be carried out in the ports of Terneuzen (Westbuitenhaven, Oostbuitenhaven and the ferry and marina), Breskens (Veerhaven access channel and estuary of the Veerhaven and the Handelshaven), Hansweert (Buitenhaven) and Vlissingen (Koopmanshaven).

Locations to be dredged:

  • The ports of Terneuzen (Westbuitenhaven, Oostbuitenhaven, near the ferry and at the marina),
  • Breskens (Veerhaven and the Handelshaven), Hansweert (Buitenhaven) and Vlissingen (Koopmanshaven).

The work included:

  • Keeping the ports and the navigation and access channels at depth.
  • The dredged material must to be transported and distributed in the designated distribution areas.
  • Conducting survey research.
  • Environmental management, including permit management and sediment investigation.
  • Performing the work under System Engineering. This system is used to monitor the quality to be delivered..
